All our monitors are graded from A+ to B- (a 6 grade scale) so that you know the condition the unit's in. We provide a minimum of 3 photos for the particular unit we have for sale so that, again, you can judge the condition of the monitor. Specifications of this unit is as follows: 19 inch computer monitor Energy star compliant Digital OSD controls Built in SVGA cable Tested at 800x600@75hz Tested at 1024x768@85hz Tested at 1280x1024@85hz Tested at 1600x1200@85hz The unit was tested for 30 minutes to allow it to warm up and to test the functionality of the monitor. During this period, it was found to work flawlessly. It comes with power chord and SVGA (Dsub15) connector so can be used straight out the box.	Unit is near factory new with some very slight scratching to casing. Perfect Screen Unit has very slight scratching to top of casing. Not significant enough to be of importance. Screen perfect Unit has some heavy scratching to casing. Screen perfect condition. Unit's casing is scratched and dirty. Screen perfect Casing scratched and dirty to heavy extent or Unit has slight scratching to screen Unit has damaged casing and/ or damage to screen of high significance, but we consider unit to have high re-sale potential if repaired.

Our shipping costs for monitors are as follows: 15 inch monitors: For 48 hour delivery service our charge is £12.50 (please allow 5 days for despatch from our premises) For overnight/ next day delivery, we offer an express service employing parcelforce's guaranteed before noon service at a cost of £17.00. All we ask is that the monitor is ordered and paid for prior to midday (12 O'clock) the previous day. 17 inch monitors: For 48 hour delivery service our charge is £13.50 (please allow 5 days for despatch from our premises) For overnight/ next day delivery, we offer an express service employing parcelforce's guaranteed before noon service at a cost of £20.00. All we ask is that the monitor is ordered and paid for prior to midday (12 O'clock) the previous day. 19 inch monitors: For 48 hour delivery service our charge is £20.00 (please allow 5 days for despatch from our premises) For overnight/ next day delivery, we offer an express service employing parcelforce's guaranteed before noon service at a cost of £30.00. All we ask is that the monitor is ordered and paid for prior to midday (12 O'clock) the previous day. We provide a guarantee with all monitors we sell. The guarantee extends to 30 days past the date of delivery, on the basis that should the unit become faulty in any way, it should be returned to us. We'll then send you out a replacement at no extra cost!
