How do you know that you can buy safely, securely and with confidence from us?

We can't guarantee that ever transaction will go smoothly. Buying from a shop on the highstreet doesn't guarantee that you will recieve the perfect product all the time.

That's why we offer a 30 day money back/ return to base warranty with all the refurbished monitors we sell. If they arrive faulty or develop a fault during that period, you know we'll sort the problem out for you. If it arrives damaged or not to our high standards, we'll take care of getting you a replacement or refund. We want you to be satisficed with your purchase and to tell others about us. That's how a business grows!

How about data theft? If I buy from you, how do I know you're not some unscrupulous trader who will hold my details?

Pay for your transaction with a Credit card- you are automatically covered against any unauthorised activity and it will insure your goods. We use a state of the art third party company known as Paypal (UK) limited for all our finaincial transactions over the internet. As a UK based finaincial instituton, Paypal (UK) limited is authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Services Authority (FSA). As such, they must abide by financial trade agreements and laws set out within the United Kingdom. A breach of such an agreement would mean a loss of liscence to trade within the UK.

When Paying, your data is transmitted securley through Paypal's secure online system, employing SSL technology so that all data is totally encrypted. From the point where you click Buy Now, you have left our website and are trnasported to Paypal's secure system, where you can pay in the knowledge that all we will recieve is a confirmation email from Paypal (UK) limited stating that payment has been made, the monitor you want and the delivery address you would like it sending to. We have absolutely no information about your finaincial details.

Your email and shipping address is not stored on our systems. We employ Paypal (Uk) limited to retain these details. After 12 months, these details are automatically destroyed. We guarantee that you will not be added to a mailing list of any sort or that your name and address will never be passed onto a third party.
